Now that TVI executives have had the experience of witnessing first hand the present pathetic situation in New Orleans, Gulfport, Biloxi, and the 90,000 square miles of surrounding area affected by Hurricane Katrina and, in the aftermath of this national disaster, I thought perhaps you might want to reconsider my proposal of supplying a product that offers a remedy for cleaning up such pollution as is now affecting this entire area, in addition to the other compatible uses of this product with your decontamination shelters.
As I stated, no company in your field presently has this capability that I am offering you. The product can also be used in your decontamination shelters with far superior advantages to any other decontamination solution with an absolute degree of safety in contrast to those who might be otherwise decontaminated with your present solution, or in comparison to other companies offering decontamination equipment and solutions. This product would not require any additional investment in plant and equipment for TVI. It would, of course, require some additional administrative and office support for logistical disbursement of the product in times such as now exist in the affected area. TVI would not even be required to inventory product. The potential end users such as local, state and federal government agencies that anticipate immediate need may want to inventory the product. It would be a safe bet that FEMA would be one of those agencies in the aftermath of this present experience. Otherwise, the product can be hastily supplied in large quantities from us as needed for direct shipment to end users with TVI as broker.
You will also recall that I mentioned a very conservative figure of less than $200 to clean up a surface acre of pollution, a figure which is extremely cost efficient considering any other presently known means of clean-up. Not only do I not need to do the math to convince you of how many surface acres there are in 90,000 square miles, I do not need to convince you of the fact that there is no other such known cost effective means to clean up biological and chemical pollutants in such a large area as I will demonstrate below. The potential bottom line numbers to both of us are staggering to say the least.
As one of the founders of the company, I have witnessed laboratory tests of worse pollution than is now present in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina being completely restored to the three (3) basic building blocks of life with the product I intended to introduce to you when I visited with you on August 15th last. Water taken from chemically polluted streams, water from cesspools, runoff water from open garbage dumps as found in Turkey, and water from any type of the most vile pollution imaginable, we can successfully treat returning it to its pristine condition. I have participated in both public and private demonstrations where we have accomplished this very result, where so-called experts have been present and cannot believe nor can they explain the results. But results they are, proven by what they see in minutes after the decontamination solution is introduced to the polluted medium%u2026.rendered so clean that a goldfish will survive in the solution minutes after the purification process is initiated.
The product that I hoped to offer TVIN is a water-purification agent that ingeniously uses water as the medium to multiply and intensify the purification process. It will neutralize all biological and virulent causing diseases, and all chemical agents of whatever kind, by turning polluted water containing any of the most vile forms of pollution into the following three basic life essentials:
1. Pure water with restored oxygen content and a pH of 7;
2. Amino acids; and,
3. Fatty acids%u2026
The latter two being the basic building blocks of life as we know it, and which can be processed to be used as fertilizer. In our past demonstrations in which I have personally participated, in a matter of minutes after introducing the purifying agent into a highly polluted solution of whatever kind, and to demonstrate the end result, we place a goldfish into the purified solution. Not only does the goldfish survive as it would in any adequately oxygenated and clean water, it goes to the bottom and begins feeding on the pollution residue which has been returned to a safe state and is edible as fish food. The suspended pollutants gradually descend to the bottom of the tank and the result is absolutely clear water. Proof of the results resides in the living goldfish.
Therefore, I ask that you reconsider my offer by your acceptance of my Non-Disclosure and Non-Circumventure Agreement so that we may proceed to the next level.
